We aim to provide a full service of design, supply and installation of a complete kitchen. Throughout the design stage we give unlimited advise and technical help, followed by a full set of plans, 3D photo realistic pictures, fully itemised and costed list of materials and appliances.
This is all free of charge whether you decide to accept our quotation or not.
During fitting of your new kitchen we sort out any problems that may occur, i.e. damaged materials, faulty appliances etc. This is also free of direct charge.
Although every item in the quotation is individually priced, we urge you to look at the bottom line price and consider if this is a fair price for the service and materials we are providing.
We know that if you shop around you will be able to get many products and appliances for less than the price in our quotation, especially on the internet. It is out of the profit we make on the materials and appliances that we are able to provide our design service free of charge and oversee installation. If you take that profit away from us then we will have to charge for the service that we provide.
If you just came to us with a list of materials and asked us to supply them we could be as cheap as anyone else, having not invested many hours of work, expertise, expensive software and computer equipment into producing that list and accompanying plans and 3D pictures.
